Every quest defines a validation workflow. System steps check evidence automatically, while manual steps route the submission to designated reviewers in strict order. Reviewers score, give feedback, and approval immediately awards XP and updates the talent profile.

Yes. Talentyz is multi-tenant: each organization gets an isolated workspace with its own members, roles, branding, domains and audit logs. Owners can also sync partner organizations from JeelQuest.
All traffic is authenticated with JWT, every endpoint enforces tenant isolation and role-based permissions, files are stored in a dedicated object storage with signed URLs, and critical actions are written to an immutable audit log.
